Vote for Mr. Schu's Road Trip Buddy



A dear friend and I started the best tradition: SUMMER ROAD TRIPS! Our students vote for a character they think deserves a vacation. Previous winners include Knuffle Bunny, Pigeon, and Scaredy Squirrel. The winning character gets the chance to leave the pages of their books and go on the trip of a lifetime. They find themselves photographed at tourist destinations across the country.

    My vote is for Pete the Cat! He was, by far, the newest star in my library this year with PreK. They begged for Pete's story every week! Can you imagine all the fantastically colorful things he could step in this summer?
